The Company agrees to provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to Web Design & Development, SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing, as agreed upon between the client and the Company.
As the Company primarily focuses on service booking for subsequent follow-up, no direct payment is required through our online platforms unless specified in a separate agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the service delivery.
The Company complies with all data protection laws, including GDPR, in collecting and handling personal data.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from us, including SMS campaigns. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the messages or contacting us directly.
iCity Media will endeavor to meet agreed-upon deadlines for service delivery but shall not be held liable for any delays beyond our control.
iCity Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Both parties reserve the right to terminate the service agreement with prior notice according to terms agreed upon separately.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated or amended terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
